I am a shareholder of your company for the last fifteen years and I have got as many as 800 ordinary shares. I have been offered 250 shares at a premium of 5% and I shall feel much obliged if you would kindly let me know the progress being made by the Company and the likelihood of any increase on the dividend in the near future.

manner prejudicial to the interest of other shareholders. However, I suggest you to go through the latest Director`s Report and Balance Sheet and consult your stock brokers who may be in a position to help you.
